Bolo and connected services
Bolo is being developed to use information you provide through the app or calls, such as household details, delivery preferences and order instructions, to respond to requests and coordinate services. Depending on the feature, this can involve providers of communications, AI processing, hosting and fulfilment. This overview does not mean those features are available through this website or authorize additional uses of your information.
Before you use a feature that processes calls or connects an account, its applicable notice will explain the information involved, its purposes, relevant recipients, retention and your choices. Any recording or transcription, household sharing, or use for model training must be addressed in that notice where applicable, with consent obtained where required. Joining the waitlist does not authorize these activities.
What the waitlist will collect
- Your email address, to contact you about Bolo early access.
- Your city, if you choose to provide it, to help understand interest by location.
- Your choice about receiving news on other Sorted Living products.
- The time of your signup and the version of the consent notice you accepted.
Do not send passwords, payment details, grocery-account credentials or household members’ information through this website.
How we will use it
We will use waitlist details to manage early-access interest and send Bolo availability updates. Broader Sorted Living product news requires the separate, optional checkbox. Joining is not consent to unrelated marketing. The website does not place grocery orders, record calls or connect to grocery accounts.
Hosting and technical information
The site relies on hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver pages and protect the service. When the waitlist opens, storage and email providers will support the purposes described above. Infrastructure providers may process request metadata such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs. The application does not store visitor IP addresses in its waitlist database. Authorized hosting providers and personnel may need access to operate and protect the service. Processing locations and any additional email provider will be confirmed before launch.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics or non-essential cookies. The site does not save your signup details in browser local storage. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Choices and withdrawal
You will be able to ask us to remove your waitlist details, correct them or stop updates by emailing support@sorted.living. Please use the email you signed up with. We may need to verify a request before changing or sharing personal information. Your available statutory rights depend on applicable law.
Retention and security
The retention period and deletion process will be finalized before collection opens. Submissions will not be made publicly accessible. No website can promise absolute security; please avoid sending sensitive information in support messages.
Children
The proposed waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our data practices change. New product features, such as call processing or grocery-account connections, will need their own applicable privacy disclosures before use.
