Bolo and connected services
Bolo is being developed to help interpret household requests and coordinate services through the app, calls and connected providers. Where ordering is offered, orders are to be initiated only within the permissions you grant, including any applicable confirmation or standing authorization. Visiting this website or joining the waitlist grants no permission to make purchases or access your grocery accounts.
Product terms presented before use will explain the ordering and approval process, charges, cancellations and the responsibilities of Sorted Living and the relevant seller or service provider. Availability, prices and fulfilment depend on those providers. References to third-party services do not remove our responsibility for our own obligations or your rights under applicable law.
The waitlist
When signup opens, joining will be free and intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use your own email address and provide accurate information. Joining does not create a paid subscription, place an order, reserve a guaranteed place or promise a launch date. You can ask to leave by emailing support@sorted.living.
Product availability
Images, conversation examples and feature descriptions illustrate what we are developing. They are not evidence of live functionality, confirmed third-party partnerships or hardware compatibility. Features, availability, pricing and supported grocery services may change. Separate terms and privacy information will apply when products become available.
Responsible use
Do not submit someone else’s personal information without authorization, send spam, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or use automated submissions to overload the waitlist. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the website and its visitors.

Sorted Living’s branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and share links for normal personal use. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; references do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Any external website has its own terms and policies.
No payments or orders here
This website does not accept payments, take deposits or process grocery purchases. There is no refund or cancellation charge for leaving the waitlist. Do not send us payment credentials.
